Managing Your Photos in the Apple Universe

Learn to set your Apple products so that you can easily share photos  across all your devices. Also learn the basics of the “Photos” app, and  much more. We will discuss: • How to set iCloud to automatically share  your photos between your iPhone, iPad, and Mac • How to manually access  and backup your master photos files from the cloud • How to import to  your Mac from cameras other than your iPhone/iPad • Where to find your  photos in the Mac, and how to move or “import” them • Organizing your  photos with your own “albums” and folders in the Photos app • The easier  way to SCAN existing photos and printed documents • Security issues of  iCloud usage (such as the celebrity “hack”) Presenter Michael Jay is a  certified Apple Teacher, and the owner of Personal Tech Support. He  worked for many years in Hollywood as a tech consultant and editor. In  addition to tutoring and lecturing at other regional libraries and  schools, Michael has taught technology-related courses at several  colleges, including NYU.
