The Town of Bridgewater, CT and its contractor, Vision Government Solutions, have completed new property assessments (as of 10/1/2022) for the state mandated Revaluation.
The assessment notices were mailed out and all property owners should have already received them. If you have any questions, please contact Vision Government Solutions by Monday, December 5th to arrange for an informal hearing with a company representative over the phone. Contact information for Vision can be found on your revaluation notice.
Please do not use the current mill rate to estimate your future taxes. A new mill rate will be established once the grand list is finalized, and the budget is completed in the spring of 2023.
