On Friday, April 11, former Danbury High School standout Justin Solimine’s current college team, the Stetson Hatters, won 15-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the North Florida Ospreys.
The game took place at Melching Field at Conrad Park. This was their first matchup against the Ospreys this season.
The Hatters’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 12 at 6:30 p.m. at Melching Field at Conrad Park against North Florida Ospreys.

Mecklenburg County received $3.3 million from a Chicago-based political foundation after leaders agreed to “reduce the use of incarceration” for repeat criminals like DeCarlos Brown, Jr.
The week starting Monday, Sept. 8 will feature action from these former Housatonic Valley area high school stars.
