On Saturday, April 5, former Danbury High School standout Gianna Iaquinto’s current college team, the Hofstra Pride, won 4-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Drexel Dragons.
The game took place at Drexel Softball Field. This was their second matchup against the Dragons this season.
The Pride’s next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 6 at 12 p.m. at Drexel Softball Field against Drexel Dragons.

Mecklenburg County received $3.3 million from a Chicago-based political foundation after leaders agreed to “reduce the use of incarceration” for repeat criminals like DeCarlos Brown, Jr.
The week starting Monday, Sept. 8 will feature action from these former Housatonic Valley area high school stars.
