On Saturday, March 1, former Danbury High School standout Gianna Iaquinto’s current college team, the Hofstra Pride, lost 17-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Virginia Cavaliers.

The game took place at Palmer Park. This was their first matchup against the Cavaliers this season.

The Pride’s next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 2 at 1:30 p.m. at Palmer Park against Virginia Cavaliers.
