On Friday, Feb. 7, former Canterbury School standout Billy Batson’s current college team, the Rollins Tars, lost 8-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the West Florida Argonauts.
The game took place at Jim Spooner Field. This was their first matchup against the Argonauts this season.
The Tars’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 8 at 1 p.m. at Jim Spooner Field against West Florida Argonauts.

Mecklenburg County received $3.3 million from a Chicago-based political foundation after leaders agreed to “reduce the use of incarceration” for repeat criminals like DeCarlos Brown, Jr.
The week starting Monday, Sept. 8 will feature action from these former Housatonic Valley area high school stars.
